What You Will Do Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews. Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews. Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools. Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights. Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity. What You Will Learn: Practical application of data analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing environment. Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean principles and process optimization techniques. Development of business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Application of AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business reporting. Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations data.

Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline). Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience. Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts. Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or skilled experience. Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
