Role Description The Retention Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve supporter, donor,



and stakeholder retention, ensuring long-term engagement with Plan India’s programs and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing retention data and trends, segmenting audiences, and designing campaigns to reduce churn and increase lifetime value. The Retention Manager will collaborate with fundraising, communications, and program teams to enhance supporter experience, manage feedback channels, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, recommending improvements, and contributing to process optimization to strengthen overall relationship management.
