Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services such as web and application development, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce solutions. Daily activities include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their technical and business requirements,



and coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver suitable solutions. The Sales Executive will track sales activities, update CRM records, meet revenue and growth targets, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.

• Proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in web development, application development, ERP, CRM, or related services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, client relationship management, and closing deals.
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions (web, mobile, ERP, CRM, e-commerce) in clear business terms.
