Education

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution, preferably a Tier-1 institute.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
• HRMS implementation, configuration, and management (Darwinbox preferred)
• HR process automation and optimization
• HR analytics, reporting, and process adoption initiatives

Functional Expertise

• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing HRMS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive HR digitization, automation, and technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Design and develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including process design, enhancement, automation, testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows,



and system integration requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support business decision-making.
