The Role
JoVE is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Marketing Operations Specialist. This role combines email marketing, marketing automation, CRM/database management, and marketing analytics to ensure our campaigns are delivered efficiently, reach the right audiences, and generate measurable business results.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics and can translate marketing objectives into reliable segmentation, automated journeys, and actionable reporting.
They independently identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys, including entry and exit criteria, behavioral triggers, sales handoffs and return-to-nurture rules. Support campaign execution through reusable workflows and templates.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns are error-free and delivered successfully.
• Diagnose and improve email delivery, inbox placement and engagement. Monitor sender reputation, bounces, complaints and audience health, coordinating technical fixes with RevOps.
• Design and evaluate campaign A/B tests using transparent hypotheses and success metrics, including downstream conversion.
