The Role

• Multiple engineering teams. One operational standard.
• The L6 Supervisor – Software Developer leads cross-functional execution across SDT, STT, WIT, and AIT teams. From software development and testing to UI/UX delivery and AI deployment.
• You oversee project execution, sprint delivery, quality metrics, deployment readiness, resource planning, and cross-team coordination. You bridge product vision with operational execution while ensuring engineering quality, testing discipline, design consistency, and measurable intelligence outcomes.
• The Conductor does not manage isolated teams. It synchronizes the entire engineering ecosystem.

What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities

• Team leadership — managing engineering teams across delivery operations
• Project execution — overseeing sprint plans, releases, and timelines
• Engineering governance — ensuring coding, testing, and deployment standards
• Cross-functional collaboration — aligning development, testing, design, and AI teams
• Quality & deployment oversight — monitoring defects, stability,



and production readiness
• Operational reporting — tracking KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance
• Risk & escalation management — resolving blockers, delays, and production issues
• Process improvement — improving CI/CD, QA workflows, and operational efficiency
• Team development — mentoring teams and strengthening engineering accountability

• DELIVERY STABILITY + CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE
• TARGET: ≥ 95% Release Stability | ≥ 90% Sprint Delivery Accuracy
• Measured through deployment success, testing coverage, delivery timelines, defect reduction, SLA adherence, and operational KPI improvements across engineering teams.
