Reference Code: JR-(phone hidden) Basic / Essential Qualifications: Analysis and documentation of business requirements to translate them into data definitions, models and artefacts aligned with organisational goals. Development and maintenance of data dictionaries and glossaries to define data elements and their usage. Analyse and monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and improvement. Conduct data quality root cause analysis and implement remediation actions to improve both new data acquisition and existing large-volume datasets. Supporting data product flows, including sourcing, lineage and control points to help improve data quality and consistency. Desirable skillsets / positive to have:



Experienced in using AI to improve business processes and support analytics. Scripting skills (for example, Python) to support data validation, automation, or analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, HR Technology, business teams, and third-party partners to drive delivery across transformation programmes. Implementation of Data Products and enabling the use of data in AI models. Knowledge of data and records governance standards and how to apply them in transformation environments. This role will be based out of Chennai.
