// ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Technical Sales Lead who can be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team - handling client meetings, understanding requirements, writing proposals, and closing deals.
You do not need to code, but you should understand technology well enough to scope projects, speak the client’s language, and explain what we build and why it matters.
This is a client-facing role for someone confident, well-spoken, and genuinely interested in technology and solving business problems.
// KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What will you do in this role?
01. Client meetings & pre-sales
• Lead client meetings,



discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Understand the client’s business problem and translate it into a clear project scope.
• Present Codevibe’s services, past work, and approach convincingly.
• Run product demos and answer client questions with technical confidence.

02. Proposals & documentation
• Write clear, professional proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) - scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Prepare estimates and quotations in coordination with the tech team.
• Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and negotiate to close.

03. Sales & pipeline management
• Manage the sales pipeline - track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships before and after the sale.
• Coordinate a smooth handover from sales to the delivery team.
• Identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities.
