About Qualicare Home Care

Qualicare Home Care is a growing home care organization serving seniors and families across Central New Jersey. We provide compassionate, personalized home care services, helping individuals remain secure, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our business growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following up on opportunities, building professional relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and converting inquiries into qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion
• Contact new inquiries received from paid lead aggregators, online advertising, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients and family members through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Understand prospective clients' care requirements, qualify opportunities, and schedule initial consultations or care assessments.




• Maintain structured follow-up schedules to ensure opportunities are not overlooked.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after appointment confirmation.

2. Referral Partner Outreach & Appointment Setting
• Contact rehabilitation centers, hospitals, assisted living communities, senior living facilities, social workers, discharge planners, and other potential referral partners.
• Identify relevant decision-makers and maintain updated contact information.
• Schedule introductory meetings, relationship-building visits, and follow-up appointments for the CEO and marketing team.
• Follow up with referral partners after meetings and coordinate subsequent engagement.
• Maintain a database of referral sources, appointments, and partnership opportunities.

3. Digital Marketing Coordination
