Job Overview - We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual for the role of Manager – Business Finance within our HigherEducation division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis,
and business partnering activities to support the division's strategic goals. This position requires 4+ years of relevant experience in business finance or FP&A;, coupled with strong financial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities -
• Own end-to-end financial planning cadence including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Drive budget vs. actual variance analysis, clearly articulating key drivers, risks, and corrective actions to enable timely business decisions.
• Provide detailed financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to inform strategic planning.
• Proactively flag financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to protect margins and improve cash flows.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to sales, operations, and delivery teams to influence pricing, cost structures, and profitability outcome
