7 SEASONS is looking for a hands-on Business Development qualified to grow our corporate and institutional sales business.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously sold products such as corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, bags, luggage, apparel, uniforms, printing, branded merchandise or similar B2B products to corporate clients.
The product may be different, but the clients and decision-makers are often the same.
The ideal candidate should already understand the corporate buyer ecosystem and preferably have an existing network across Procurement, Purchase, Marketing, HR, Admin, gifting agencies or corporate sourcing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new corporate and institutional accounts
• Generate leads independently through calls, LinkedIn, email and direct outreach
• Leverage existing corporate relationships to introduce customised umbrellas for promotional schemes, employee gifting, dealer/distributor schemes and bulk requirements




• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and customisation options
• Coordinate quotations, samples, branding requirements and pricing
• Follow opportunities from first discussion through quotation and closure
• Build repeat business across existing accounts
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regular follow-up

Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales
• Prior experience selling to corporate clients
• Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, bags, luggage, apparel, uniforms, printing, branded products or similar categories is preferred
• Existing corporate network will be a strong advantage
• Comfortable with cold outreach, meetings and developing new accounts
• Commercially sharp and capable of independently driving business
