Reach out to candidates, introduce opportunities, and get conversations started.
? Play Matchmaker
Review resumes, shortlist relevant profiles, and connect the right people with the right roles.
? Be the Calendar Wizard
Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and make sure everyone's where they need to be.
? Follow Up Like a Pro
Keep candidates engaged, track responses, and make sure things don't get stuck at “I'll get back to you.”
? Keep the Chaos Organized
Update recruitment trackers, maintain candidate databases, and help the team stay on top of hiring goals.
? Help Us Scale
Work closely with the People & Culture team and get involved in the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.
