Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Demonstrate leadership and management skills with the ability to build and optimize team performance and development to fulfill the organizational objectives.
* Be responsible for all areas of the Engineering IT function and quality of delivery, building best-in-class applications, services, solutions, and business practices to deliver to the stakeholders’ expectations.
* Establish and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all areas of the Engineering IT function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.




* Take responsibility and accountability for the Engineering IT aspects which will include people, cost, schedule, and scope management.
* Be part of the senior management team which determines all business decisions of the respective unit.
* Provide clear leadership and inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them to develop new skills.
* Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement.
