About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to join a leading global automotive organization. This role requires a seasoned Agile qualified who can drive Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior leadership, and enable successful execution of large-scale product development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in complex enterprise environments, leading Agile transformations, managing multiple Scrum teams, and engaging with executive stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and Business Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach multiple Scrum Teams across large-scale programs and product portfolios.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Release Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery challenges.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics and program health to leadership teams.
• Support Agile Transformation initiatives and organizational change management.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align delivery objectives with strategic business goals.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Agile practitioners, and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of overall IT/Product Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile/Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Strong experience working with Director, VP, or Execu
