Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with solid functional expertise in SAP QM and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality management processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP QM support and enhancement projects, including configuration, troubleshooting, functional specifications, testing, defect resolution, and coordination with ABAP development teams.
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollout projects, and integration with other SAP modules will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP QM applications in a pharmaceutical business environment.
• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP QM solutions to meet operational and quality management needs.
• Manage SAP QM master data,



quality notifications, inspection processes, usage decisions, and defect recording.
• Configure and support inspection planning, inspection lots, inspection characteristics, results recording, and quality inspection processes.
• Work on QM cost management, batch management, and DMR-related processes, as applicable to the project.
• Support integration between SAP QM and other SAP modules, including EWM, PP, MM, and related applications.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP developers for development, bug fixes, and issue resolution.
• Perform functional testing, support SIT and UAT, resolve defects, and validate fixes before release.
• Support new developments, business process improvements, system enhancements, and rollout activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
