Role Description The Trip Operations role at 30 Sundays is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



This role focuses on owning end-to-end trip execution, from finalizing customer itineraries and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to ensuring all bookings and confirmations are accurate and on time. A typical day includes reviewing upcoming trips, validating inventory availability, managing last-minute changes, and proactively resolving operational issues to safeguard customer experience. The person in this role will communicate directly with travelers to clarify requirements, share updates, and address special requests, while working closely with product and customer support teams to improve processes and trip quality. This role also involves maintaining detailed records, monitoring trip performance metrics, and suggesting operational improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
