Role Description The National Segment Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.



This role is responsible for driving growth and profitability within defined customer and market segments at the national level, aligning segment strategy with TK Elevator’s overall business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and implementing segment plans, and coordinating sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share. The National Segment Manager collaborates closely with regional sales teams, key account managers, marketing, and operations to define value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches. The role also involves monitoring segment performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts, managing relationships with strategic customers and partners, and ensuring that customer feedback informs product and service improvements.
