Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end garment production, from sampling to final quality checks, ensuring that all pieces meet brand standards for fit,



craftsmanship, and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with pattern makers, tailors, and suppliers; planning production schedules; managing inventory of fabrics and trims; and monitoring workflow on the production floor. The role also involves implementing quality control processes, optimising costs while maintaining luxury standards, and collaborating closely with design and merchandising teams to translate creative concepts into finished products. The Production Manager will maintain clear documentation, manage vendor relationships, and continuously refine production practices to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Experience in fashion production management, including overseeing sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control in a garment or luxury apparel setting.
