Role Description The Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Personal Assistant will provide daily support to executives or senior team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings,



and coordinating appointments and travel arrangements. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, organizing files and documents, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves supporting office operations with clerical tasks, arranging meetings and events, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items. The Personal Assistant will work closely with internal teams and external contacts, maintaining a professional and confidential approach to all tasks.
Qualifications
