Role Description The Banquet Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Banquet Supervisor oversees the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring that function spaces, equipment, and service areas meet brand standards and event requirements. This role coordinates with the banquet team,



kitchen, and other departments to manage timelines, staff assignments, and service quality throughout events. The Banquet Supervisor monitors guest interactions during functions, addresses special requests or issues promptly, and supports efforts to maximize guest satisfaction and repeat business. The role also includes maintaining inventory of banquet supplies, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and assisting with training and mentoring banquet staff.
