PS Associates is an IT infrastructure and manpower solutions company serving government departments, PSUs, enterprises, educational institutions, hospitals, banks, and other institutional clients. Our services include IT hardware, networking, manpower solutions, tender support, and GeM-based procurement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive PR Executive to strengthen the public image, visibility, and business relationships of PS Associates. The candidate will work closely with the management and sales team to build media relations, corporate visibility, strategic partnerships, and communication campaigns that generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR and corporate communication strategies for PS Associates.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, industry associations, government ecosystem stakeholders, and business communities.
- Identify opportunities for press coverage, interviews, articles, events, awards, conferences, and industry participation.
- Prepare press releases, company announcements, profiles, newsletters, articles, and corporate communication material.
- Coordinate LinkedIn and other corporate communication initiatives to improve brand visibility.
- Support management in building the company's thought leadership and market positioning.
- Track relevant industry, competitor, government, and business developments and identify PR opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to convert visibility and relationships into potential business leads.
- Maintain a database of media contacts,



industry stakeholders, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Support participation in exhibitions, conferences, networking events, government/industry forums, and business meets.
- Monitor PR coverage and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, opportunities, and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

- 1-3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, business development, or B2B marketing.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong research, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Prior experience with B2G, IT, government, PSU, infrastructure, or institutional sectors will be an advantage.
