Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes,



and compliance guidelines.
- Support employer branding activities through job postings, social media engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
- Generate periodic recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in lateral, bulk, and campus hiring.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
