We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our international clients through voice communication. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support by addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Document all interactions in the company database accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, preferably in an international setting.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualification: 12th and above

Experience: Min 6 months in international voice process

Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational off

Salary:26k take home

Location: MSR tower,Bangalore

Process: Travel process

Age cut off:30 years
