What this job involves:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Financial Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Lease Administration operations. The role involves managing client portfolios, ensuring KPI/SLA compliance, overseeing invoice processing, rent payments, AR activities, lease administration, month-end reporting, reconciliations, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

- Accounts Receivable (AR) Processing
- Lease Administration & Rent Payment Management
- Month-End Reporting & Financial Close Activities
- Financial Reporting, Reconciliations & Variance Analysis
- KPI/SLA Management




- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership & People Development
- Process Improvement, Controls & RCA

Required Experience:

- 6+ years in Financial Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Lease Administration, Real Estate Operations, or related fields.
- Strong experience with reporting, reconciliations, and client-facing operations.
- Proven team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
