About MITS Academy

MITS Academy is expanding to Ludhiana! We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Center Head to lead our new academy, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure smooth functioning and growth of the center.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development: Drive admissions, generate leads, achieve sales targets, and develop strategies to increase student enrolments.
- Center Operations: Oversee the overall functioning of the academy, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of counsellors, trainers, receptionists, and other staff.
- Student Management: Ensure a positive student experience, address queries and concerns, and maintain strong student relationships.
- Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Performance Monitoring: Track admissions, revenue, lead conversions, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
- Reporting & Coordination:



Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with management regarding center progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Quality & Administration: Maintain operational standards, discipline, documentation, and the overall learning setting of the academy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, operations, or center management.
- Experience in the education, training, coaching, or ed-tech industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to drive sales targets, manage teams, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.

A hands-on leader who can take ownership of the center, build a strong team, drive admissions, and manage the academy's overall performance.
