Amba Shakti Foundation is looking for Community Mobilizers to help connect local residents with skill development opportunities. The role involves regular village visits, candidate counselling and coordination with community representatives and training partners.
What you'll do:
• Identify and mobilise eligible candidates for skill training
• Conduct village visits and awareness meetings
• Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, PRI representatives, the Block Office, NRLM, SHGs and other local stakeholders
• Support registration, documentation, enrolment and training follow-up
• Maintain beneficiary records and field reports
Who should apply:
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in community mobilisation, skill development, livelihoods or rural development
• Strong communicators who can build relationships within local communities
• Candidates familiar with Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr and nearby villages are preferred
• Basic Excel and digital reporting skills are desirable
An own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly in the field are mandatory.
