Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Scientist with versatile knowledge in the Biotechnology/Bioprocesssing domain and has IT inclination.
• Provide timely and precise solutions in the form of pre- and post-sales support to the global sales teams by answering the cases through software based application portal. Customers need support on product hardware, firnware features, applications, service, data management, consummables, regulatory as well as logistic topics and quality issues.
• Solid and effective communication skills are a must. Your main communication partners are MT colleagues in the PendoTECH, USA,



our market representatives in over 50 different countries and peers from other support teams.
• Manage projects and timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Develop technical expertise and provide high-quality support to colleagues at Market Organizations & authorized distributors.
• Provide correct and timely feedback on non-conformance issues for quality enhancements, new product development, and technical bulletins.
• Communicate, document, and manage regional product-related issues with the sales, Service, and Quality departments as required on a regular basis with the MOs and respective POs to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and ad-hoc sessions to stay updated with relevant topics that help create/update content for PendoTECH products. Continuously improve skills and knowledge
