Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur,



responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Paras Group’s product portfolio within the assigned territory. This role includes developing and executing territory sales plans, identifying current business opportunities, and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and key trade partners. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, track competitors’ activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts to regional leadership. Day-to-day activities include visiting market channels, conducting product presentations, coordinating promotions, and ensuring effective merchandising and brand visibility. The role also involves working closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries, resolve customer issues, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
