You will be calling business owners, senior managers and decision-makers who may not know us, may not be expecting our call, and may initially have little reason to speak with us. What You Will Do
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers.
• Start conversations confidently with people who have never heard of us.
• Research prospects and understand their business before making the call.
• Introduce our IT products and services in a natural, conversational way.
• Engage prospects in interesting two-way conversations, rather than simply delivering a sales pitch.




• Ask thoughtful questions and genuinely listen to the answers.
• Understand the prospect's business, challenges and current way of working.
• Build trust and credibility during the first conversation.
• Identify genuine opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently through calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Experiment with different approaches, messaging and opening lines to improve results.

The Person We Are Looking For
You MUST be a people person.
