Role Description The Internship - Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site (Night Shift) position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, conducting lead generation activities, and qualifying prospects through calls, emails, and online channels. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating the sales database, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in preparing sales reports and presentations.



The intern will interact with prospective customers, respond to basic queries, and contribute to delivering a positive customer experience under the guidance of senior sales staff. This role offers training, mentoring, and practical exposure to inside sales processes in the IT services domain.
