We are currently seeking a Business Development Intern who is motivated to gain hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and strategic growth. This role is designed for individuals who are willing to take ownership, work in a performance-driven environment, and develop practical business skills.

Role Overview:
This is a performance-based internship where selected candidates will actively contribute to revenue generation efforts. Interns will engage in end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, client interaction, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities across relevant industries
• Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional communication channels
• Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and assess their suitability
• Support the process of pitching Stravyn Hill’s services to potential clients
• Assist in converting qualified leads into paying clients with guidance from the team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and progress using CRM tools
• Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion effectiveness
