As a PMO & Project Governance Senior Associate you will support project portfolio management activities that help prioritize work, coordinate delivery, and track progress across multiple project streams within our project management practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while contributing to the broader objectives of the engagement. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help manage governance routines,



interpret data to inform recommendations, and maintain alignment between project plans, stakeholders, and delivery milestones while developing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing project governance activities across multiple workstreams and validating alignment to scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinating project portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource tracking to support delivery outcomes
• Plan and oversee Advisory projects to achieve timely completion and adherence to budget
• Define explicit objectives, scope, deliverables, and specifications for proposed solutions
• Track project resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress using PMO reporting standards
• Identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies through closure
• Developing governance artifacts, status updates, action logs, and meeting materials for client and internal stake
