Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&A; Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Batch run, Vendor Set ups , Reporting and Compliance Payment scheduling and execution,
Travel & Expense processing & audit, Month and Year end reporting etc.- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle Preferable)Candidate should be flexible with shifts.
• Perform transactional quality checks based on sampling strategy on various AP activities
• ISO documentation & compliance checks
• Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy
• Provide feedback to associates on performance quality
• CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis
• Error trend analysis and reduction plans
• Prepare process specific reports
• Participate in reviews/meetings
• Share inputs for Process Training
• Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy
• ISO documentation & Compliance checks
• Identify process specific improvement opportunitiesKnowledge/Qualifications/ Competency / Work Experience:- - Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with proficiency in MS Office, Positive Communication / Presentation Ski
