Role Description The Motor VRM role at InsuranceDekho is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing motor insurance sales and renewals, handling customer inquiries, and guiding customers through policy selection,



documentation, and onboarding. Daily responsibilities include explaining motor insurance products and features, providing quotes, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring accurate data entry in company systems. The Motor VRM also follows up with existing and prospective customers, supports resolution of basic service issues, and contributes to meeting individual and team sales and service targets. The role requires consistent adherence to company processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
