About the Role
• We’re looking for a Social Media Intern / Reel Creator who understands Instagram, internet culture and short-form storytelling.
• You’ll work with our core marketing team on upcoming campaigns, launches, products and brand moments.
• You’ll receive a brief, develop the concept, shoot and edit the Reel, and take it from an idea to a final piece of content.
• This role is for someone who doesn't just follow trends, but understands why they work and how to make them feel fresh for a brand.
What You’ll Do?
• Develop Reel concepts based on campaign and product briefs
• Research and identify relevant Instagram trends, formats and cultural moments
• Write simple hooks, concepts and storylines for short-form content
• Shoot and edit Reels independently
• Create product-led, lifestyle, trend-led and campaign content
• Experiment with different formats, storytelling styles and visual approaches
• Collaborate with the core marketing team during ideation and execution
• Create content that feels premium, contemporary and distinctly crash.club
• Stay updated with what is happening across Instagram and the wider digital culture
What We’re Looking For?
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Good visual sense and understanding of aesthetics
• Ability to come up with original content ideas
• Comfortable shooting and editing videos independently
