Role Description The Relationship Manager – Car Loans is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of car loan customers. The role includes sourcing new car loan leads through dealer networks, direct customer interactions, and local market initiatives, as well as conducting preliminary eligibility checks and guiding customers through the application process. The Relationship Manager will coordinate documentation, support credit assessment, and ensure timely disbursal while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities involve responding to customer queries, addressing service issues, strengthening dealer and channel partner relationships, and meeting assigned sales and collection targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in internal systems, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
• Robust customer relationship management and client servicing abilities,



with a focus on retail lending and preferably car loans.
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving defined targets in a competitive environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail credit, loan processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance related to vehicle finance.
• Proficiency in communication (spoken and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfort with using MS Office tools and loan management/CRM systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or automobile finance companies will be preferred, especially in car loans or related products.
