Role Description The Project Management Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves coordinating and monitoring vertical transportation and façade access projects, supporting project managers with planning, scheduling, and documentation from feasibility through commissioning and modernisation. Daily tasks include tracking project progress,



preparing status reports, managing project documentation and data, and assisting with risk, budget, and resource tracking. The Project Management Officer will facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners, helping to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual requirements. The role also supports process improvement initiatives, adherence to company procedures, and consistent application of project management best practices.
