Roles & Responsibilities

Build and manage the dealer and retailer channel in the assigned area so coverage deepens, recent partners are activated and the network compounds over time-

• Appoint distributors, dealers and trade partners in the assigned area — identifying the right partner profile, conducting due diligence and onboarding with commercial terms
• Set sales targets for appointed distributors and dealers, monitor their performance regularly and implement scheme and incentive entitlements based on achievement
• Organise meetings, conferences, product demonstrations and promotional events for channel partners in the area to drive engagement, product knowledge and ordering activity
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners through regular visits, structured follow-ups and effective communication
• Achieve ambitious sales targets set by the Cluster Head by translating area plans into daily and weekly field execution with clear priority outlets and call plans

Drive product approvals and business development with builders,



contractors, architects and project developers so Birla Pivot products are specified and ordered across the area-

• Engage with contractors, builders, project developers, interior designers and architects to get Birla Pivot products approved for projects across the area
• Organise product samples, mock-ups and showroom visits for prospective and existing customers to demonstrate product quality, application range and value
• Drive area revenue objectives by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones across the full product portfolio
• Connect the Birla Pivot sales team with customers who have approved products for onward enquiry process management and order conversion
• Proactively generate sales leads through extensive market research, field intelligence and relationship-based referrals within the assigned area
