Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanjavur, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and engineering. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating project updates, and following up on feedback and issues.



The role also involves preparing proposals and presentations, tracking contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service quality, support onboarding of current clients, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
