As a Capital Market Senior Associate you will support client service workstreams within our Operations Consulting practice, focusing on customer service processes, service model design, and process improvement for financial services environments. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to develop deliverables that support service delivery and business performance. In this role at PwC, you will help identify pain points, interpret data to inform recommendations,



and contribute to work that improves customer experience, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
