As a PMO & ERP Delivery Senior Associate, you will support project portfolio management and project delivery activities that help guide project selection, prioritization, resource planning, and timeline management within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate changing project needs while maintaining professional and technical standards. you will coordinate delivery activities across PMO and ERP initiatives, interpret data to inform recommendations, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to work that supports broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing PMO and ERP delivery workstreams across project portfolios, timelines, and budget tracking
• Coordinating project planning, scoping, and documentation for technology-enabled delivery initiatives
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across ERP-led engagements from a project management standpoint, owning scope, timeline, and quality outcomes
• Partner with technical and functional teams on enhancement and change activities; either technical or functional knowledge of the ERP platform is valuable to have to support these discussions
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and change control actions throughout the project lifecycle
