We are looking for a Business Development Lead who understands how companies hire software developers, IT professionals, and remote or contract talent across global markets.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in IT staffing, remote staffing, talent marketplaces, or workforce solutions who can identify business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and convert client requirements into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities across relevant markets.
• Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Engineering Heads, founders, and other key decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
• Understand client hiring needs,



technical skill requirements, budgets, timelines, locations, and engagement models.
• Conduct discovery calls and present suitable talent and workforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop long-term client relationships, identify repeat business opportunities, and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align client expectations with talent availability and fulfilment capabilities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, progress, and forecasts.

What We're Looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the technology talent ecosystem.
