Role Description The General Manager Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives in the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance,



and implementing corrective actions where needed. The General Manager Sales will collaborate closely with consulting and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction, support dealership and OEM partners, and develop initiatives that improve sales processes and service delivery. The role also involves regular client interactions, market analysis, reporting, and contribution to long-term business development plans.
