• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Operations Manager specifically in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage, AND hands-on experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
❌ Candidates without relevant US Logistics / Freight Brokerage experience or previous experience managing a Freight Brokers team will NOT be considered.

? Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)

• Team Leader: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Operations Manager: 1+ years of relevant experience
??? ????????????????:
• Lead, guide, and manage a team of Freight Brokers.
• Monitor daily sales activities, calls, productivity, KPIs, and targets.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and improving performance.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers,
and internal teams.
• Monitor load coverage, shipment status, and escalations.
• Build strong business relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Identify performance gaps and help improve team productivity and service quality.
???? ??’?? ??????? ???:
• Solid knowledge of US Logistics / Freight Brokerage operations.
• Proven experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
• Knowledge of freight equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, TMS, or similar freight tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
