About the role
You’ll own paid performance for multiple client accounts, with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) as your main focus. You’ll plan campaigns, build funnels,
optimise on data and explain results clearly to clients. You’ll also do SEO and website work yourself, so the traffic your campaigns bring actually converts.
What you’ll do
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta campaigns across awareness, lead generation and sales objectives
• Build industry-specific strategies. For example, footfall and bookings for a game zone, high-ticket sales for jewellery, or qualified leads for property clients
• Run and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads when a client’s goals need them
• Track and report on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC and conversion rates, and act on what the numbers show
• Do hands-on SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits and fixes, content recommendations and ranking reports
• Coordinate for website and landing page updates directly (WordPress, Shopify, HTML or similar), and set up tracking with Pixel, GA4 and GTM
