? Earn $10,000 per closed deal + $500 per qualified intro meeting — by leveraging the network you already have.
Akvelon is a US-headquartered software engineering company (Bellevue, WA) with 25+ years of delivery for clients such as Microsoft, Google and other Fortune 500 companies. We build custom software, AI/ML, data, cloud and QA solutions with distributed engineering teams worldwide.
We are looking for Business Development / Client Referral Partners — well-connected professionals who can introduce Akvelon to companies that need software development, AI or IT outsourcing services.
How it works
• You spot a company that could benefit from Akvelon's engineering services
• You make a warm introduction to a decision-maker (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO, Head of Product, Founder)
• Our sales team takes it from there — or you keep driving the opportunity and earn more. Your choice.
Your compensation
• $500 for every qualified prospective client meeting
• $10,000 when the client signs a Master Services Agreement and a work order
• Additional commission if you actively manage the client engagement
• No cap on earnings, no quotas, no fixed hours
Who we're looking for
• Strong professional network among tech decision-makers in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East or global companies with India centers (GCCs)
• Background in IT sales, business development, account management, pre-sales, consulting, delivery management or technology leadership
• Experience with IT services / software outsourcing / digital transformation deals is a big plus
• Trusted relationships — you can open doors with a warm intro, not a cold email
• Entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, advisors and ex-founders are very welcome
Why partner with Akvelon
• Fully remote and versatile — combine with your current role or business
• Proven delivery partner of Microsoft and Google — easy to recommend with confidence
• Our sales team handles the full sales cycle, so you focus only on introductions
• Transparent,
