You'll be one of the first engineers in NAVEX's AI Centre of Excellence (CoE). Our agents are only as good as the systems they connect to and the platform they run on. You own both, working directly with the Head of the CoE and business leaders who use what we build.

The environment is real: many business systems that were never designed to talk to each other. You'll work alongside our platform and data platform teams to build the path from code to production, and the integrations that let agents read and act on company data safely.
