Lyzr’s largest enterprise deals are won on business cases, not feature lists. As a Bid Manager, you will partner with our Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders. — building the value case, quantifying business impact, and working directly with CFOs, COOs

What will make you win this role
• 8+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations,



or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.

• Experience with US and EMEA based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.

• Strong Bid/No-Bid decision-making and chance qualification experience.

• Excellent bid and proposal writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, customer-centric content.

• Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority bids simultaneously.

Preferred Experience
• Experience in AI, SI/GSI, Cloud, Enterprise Technology,

• Experience managing bids for Fortune 500 / enterprise customers.

• Experience with US-based enterprise procurement and RFP processes.

• Experience supporting large strategic deals and complex sales pursuits.

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or agentic AI.
