Hiring : Relationship Manager/ Senior relationship Managers – Assettrust Services Pvt Ltd

At Assettrust Services Pvt Ltd, we are the ultimate home-buying sidekicks. We consult, we compare, we score crazy good deals, and we hold the client's hand from day one of searching until the literal day of possession.

We’ve been doing this for more than 12 years now (yes, we officially survived Demonetization, GST, and COVID-19 waves, and we're growing faster than ever). We have rock-solid financials, meaning your salary arrives on time, and our incentive structure actually rewards your hustle instead of just teasing it.

What the Role Looks Like:
On-the-Ground Action: This is primarily a field job. You will be out and about meeting clients, visiting project sites, and coordinating with developers across Pune.
Daily Hustle:

Involves regular calling, client pitching, site visits, and travelling.
Work Schedule: Working on weekends (when buyers are actually looking for homes) with a week-off on weekdays to balance things out.

What’s in It for You:
Reliable Base Pay: A solid fixed salary because adulting requires actual money.
High-Performance Incentives: Lucrative, performance-linked incentives that actually make you smile when you check your bank account.
Career Growth: Rapid-paced growth that definitely won’t feel like getting stuck in Pune traffic.

Are You the One?
You know the Pune real estate map like the back of your hand.
You actually like talking to human beings, handling field travel, and guiding them through big life decisions.
You are energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

If you’re tired of the same old boring real estate grind and want to join a stable, fast-growing team that knows
