We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our VIEW Product Team within Community Justice Services. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of VIEW, a business-critical justice platform that supports the delivery of essential services for our customers.

Working as part of a team-oriented, cross-functional team, you will design, develop,



test and support high-quality software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies alongside modern engineering practices, including cloud platforms, APIs, Docker and microservices. You will play a key role in evolving the platform while ensuring its security, reliability, scalability and performance.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, contribute to architectural and design decisions, mentor colleagues and champion engineering best practices

What You Will Do

- Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET and SQL.
- Build secure, scalable APIs and modern service-based architectures.
- Contribute to cloud-ready and cloud-native application designs.
- Develop and support containerised applications using Docker.
- Participate in solution design, estimation and technical planning activities.
- Drive code quality through peer reviews and engineering best practices.
- Support platform modernisation initiatives while maintaining customer commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, performance optimisation and production issue resolution.
